hi reader. my earliest post so far.haha. i just came back from lapangan merdeka. my first time jogging with my classmates (only some though). so we went there at 7 am. jogging for 3 round then practise for estafet. I'm not really sure if i'm going to join it. i run so slow and i get tired easily. i'm the worse among them. ow i feel so tired and going to take a nap. i think my thigh are going to hurt tomorrow, anw, i have mcdonald breakfast after exercise. my first time in town. hehe. i burnt some calories and got some at that moment too -.-
