screw up

just came back from salon. have my poni cut really short which make me look very strange.got new problem. my laptop can start up.ARRRGGHH!! it always has a problem since the first time i bought it. start from the webcam, then the overloaded memory and now?! I'm getting tired of it.gonna ask the technician come again tomorrow.
